REFUND POLICY

To place a refund requestfor a payment with Tube, You would need to contact Tube via email at [email protected] or press the “contact support” button in the client.

Please have your account name available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

Refund requests are accepted up to 15 days from the date of placing the Order with Tube. Tube may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

You may submit a request to cancel your payment on the same day the payment was placed. Please note that if the account is already active and under used for a certain amount of data, we will not be able to approve the refund request.

If the refund request is granted by Tube, payments are refunded as follows:

A.Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within three (3) business days;
B.Wechat pay and Alipay will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
C.PayPal payments will be refunded within three (3) business day;
D.Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.

If applicable, Tube reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we confirmed your reason of refund is acceptable.
